Nars Delights - Laguna Liquid Bronzer & Dual-Intensity Blush

Is there anything more satisfying than receiving brand new, untouched makeup in sleek packaging? For this post I'll be reviewing the much sought-after Laguna Liquid Bronzer and Dual-Intensity Blush by Nars; undoubtedly one of my favourite makeup brands.

 I'm obsessed with their products and have numerous products from them, including their All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation, Radiant Creamy Concealer and Pressed Powder. Needless to say, I love them all.

LAGUNA LIQUID BRONZER

It's hard to explain how much I love this product without sounding crazy but I am OBSESSED with it! Without even testing it out I was obsessed. Nars' packaging is probably my favourite of all makeup brands; I'm always insanely excited when I buy something new. I love how the brand name has been done in bronze for this product also. (Yes, I found this important).

Like the foundation, you have to shake the bottle well so the product is ready for application. I'm utterly obsessed with the colour; this picture was my first tester of it and although it looks beautiful, justice has not been done at all. The liquid is a warm bronze - sheer in consistency but rich in colour - with (to my delight) gold shimmer running through. 

I just can't get enough. I've worn it twice as a sort of contour for my cheeks, temples, lids and nose as well as a general bronzer to warm up my complexion. I'm already loving it so much more than my usual choice of a powdered formula. THANK YOU NARS.

DUAL-INTENSITY BLUSH

I know, I can't stop looking either. This blush palette what dreams are made of. I got this in the set 'Frenzy' as I love warm, bronzed, glowing skin and I thought this would be the perfect answer to my needs. 

The highlighter is a highly-pigmented soft gold - I've even tried this out on my lids and loved it for a perfect summer night-time look, as its shimmery but light.

The second shade is described on the Nars site as 'Shimmering bright tangerine orange'. I find it does an amazing job at highlighting my bone structure and looks so good with a tan because of the tangerine tones.
